Our Hüttl Relax Apartments offer, apart from their prime location near the center of Saalbach, high comfort and sophistication. The apartment building offers 5 renovated, spacious and above all cozy apartments for up to 6 persons. Our Top 1 offers 2 separate bedrooms with 2 double beds, 1 bathroom with shower & toilet and a living area with dining area, sofa bed and fully equipped kitchen. All guests also have free Wi-Fi, 2 parking spaces right next to the house and a ski room with boot heating.
The two apartment houses in which the 5 apartments are located are in a prime location directly on the main road between Saalbach and Hinterglemm. The center of Saalbach with all shops, restaurants, nightlife venues and supermarkets can be reached in around 5 minutes on foot. The nearest ski lift, the Schattberg X-Press, with a connection to the entire Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang-Fieberbrunn ski area, is around 500 m from the property. The ski bus stop is about 200 m from the accommodation on the main road and the bus will take you to the most important ventilation systems in the entire ski circus within a few minutes.
Hotel policies
Your credit card details will be used to process the payments, which you can store in our system via a link after the booking has been completed. 20% deposit payment of the accomodation price on booking, remaining 80% of the overnight stay price 30 days before arrival. The local tax and the amount for cleaning and laundry or the security deposit will be charged 48 hours or 2 days before arrival. ATTENTION: All payments can only be processed by credit card.
Security Deposit
The security deposit will be released or credited in the first week after departure or after checking the object. ATTENTION: Without security deposit, a key handover can not take place. A deposit in cash is not possible.
Check-In
By means of an authorized message, you will receive the code and name for your key box (check the point Keys) on your mobile number as well as parallel to your e-mail address at 16:00 on the day of arrival. Unfortunately, an earlier check-in is not possible.
Keys
The check-in takes place directly at your booked object. An exact and supplementary explanation you will receive 2 days before arrival by mail.
Check-Out & Key Return
The apartment as well as the parking place must be left no later than 9:30 am on the day of departure. A check-out at a later time is not possible.
Bed Linen And Kitchen Equipment
1 bed set per person (1 x sheet, 1 x pillow case, 1 x duvet cover and 2 towels) is available. Each toilet is equipped with 2 rolls of toilet paper. In the kitchen you will find 2 tea towels or a kitchen roll.
